South Molton will be a vibrant new destination in the heart of London’s West End.

Grosvenor and Mitsui Fudosan are transforming two acres of Mayfair into a lively new place to shop, work, eat, live and stay.

Following the existing historic street patterns of Mayfair, South Molton will feature new shops, cafes, restaurants, and al fresco dining moments away from Bond Street Station and Oxford Street.

Two best in class office buildings, new homes and a hotel opportunity will also be included within the project, creating a bustling new community with its own unique energy and personality.

South Molton is pioneering world-leading design and construction to enhance the area’s historic character and architecture, repurposing buildings and improving the streetscapes to create a destination of international significance central to this lively locality.
